摘要
目的:比较用克氏针撬拨复位外固定术和切开复位内固定术治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对巴中骨科医院2015年1月至2018年1月期间接诊的220例跟骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据治疗方法的不同将其分为研究组和对照组(110例/组)。为对照组患者采用克氏针撬拨复位外固定术进行治疗,为研究组患者采用切开复位内固定术进行治疗。然后比较两组患者术后并发症的发生情况、足部功能恢复的优良率、治疗前后其Bohler角、Gissane角、跟骨的高度及宽度。结果:两组患者术后并发症的发生率相比,P>0.05。治疗前后,两组患者的Bohler角、Gissane角、跟骨的高度及宽度相比,P>0.05。治疗后,研究组患者足部功能恢复的优良率为82.5%,对照组患者足部功能恢复的优良率为77.5%;两组患者足部功能恢复的优良率相比,P>0.05。结论:用克氏针撬拨复位外固定术和切开复位内固定术治疗跟骨骨折均能取得良好的疗效。
objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of kirschner's needle pricking reduction external fixation and open reduction internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fractures. Methods: the clinical data of 220 patients with calcaneal fractures treated in bazhong orthopaedic hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. It was divided into a study group and a control group(110 cases/group) according to the different treatment methods. Patients in the control group were treated with kirschner's needle pricking reduction exopexopexopexopexy, and patients in the study group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The postoperative complications, the excellent rate of foot function recovery, Bohler Angle, Gissane Angle and calcaneal height and width were compared between the two groups. Results: the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was P〉 0.05. Before and after treatment, Bohler Angle, Gissane Angle and calcaneal height and width of the two groups of patients were compared, P〉 0.05. After treatment, the excellent rate of foot function recovery was 82.5% in the study group and 77.5% in the control group. The superior rate of foot function recovery in the two groups was P〉 0.05. Conclusion: the treatment of calcaneal fractures with kirschner's needle pricking reduction external fixation and open reduction internal fixation can achieve good results.
