用经胃管微创注入肺泡表面活性物质治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的效果探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究用经胃管微创注入肺泡表面活性物质治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果。方法:将2016年4月至2017年6月期间成都新生堂妇产医院收治的94例呼吸窘迫综合征患儿作为研究对象。将这些研究对象随机分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47)。为对照组患儿采用气管插管注入肺泡表面活性物质法进行治疗。为观察组患儿采用经胃管微创注入肺表明活性物质法进行治疗。然后,比较两组患儿首次插管的成功率、再次插管率、首次插管的时间、吸氧的时间、使用肺泡表面活性物质的总量及并发症的发生率。结果:观察组患儿首次插管的成功率高于对照组患儿,其首次插管的时间及吸氧的时间短于对照组患儿,其使用肺泡表面活性物质的总量少于对照组患儿,其并发症的发生率低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:用经胃管微创注入肺泡表面活性物质法治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果显著,可降低患儿并发症的发生率。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive peritoneal gastric tube injection of alveolar surface active substance in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods: a total of 94 children with respiratory distress syndrome admitted to chengdu xinshengtang maternity hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were studied. These subjects were randomly divided into a control group(n=47) and an observation group(n=47). The patients in the control group were treated by endotracheal intubation with alveolar surfactant. The patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive peritoneal instillation of lung indicating active substance through gastric tube. Then, the success rate of the first intubation, the rate of reintubation, the time of the first intubation, the time of oxygen uptake, the total amount of active substances on the surface of alveoli and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: the observation group for the first time, the success rate of intubation in children with children is higher than the control group, the intubation time and for the first time was shorter than the control group with oxygen, the amount of its use of alveolar surface active substance children with less than the control group, the incidence of complications is lower than the control group patients(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome by minimally invasive peritoneal gastric tube injection of alveolar surface active substance is effective and can reduce the incidence of complications in children.
