摘要
目的:分析用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病伴心律失常的效果。方法:选择2013年6月至2017年1月成都城北医院收治的82例冠心病伴心律失常患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为对照组和观察组。在对两组患者进行常规治疗的同时,用美托洛尔对对照组患者进行治疗,用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效和发生不良反应的情况。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05),其不良反应的发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:在对冠心病伴心律失常患者进行常规治疗的同时,用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔对其进行治疗,能显著提高其疗效,且能减少美托洛尔所导致的不良反应,提高用药的安全性。
Objective： Tto analyze the effect of wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Methods： 82 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted by chengdu chengbei hospital from June 2013 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects. These patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. In the conventional treatment of two groups of patients at the same time, the control group patients treated with metoprolol, with a combined metacentre grain metoprolol treatment of observation group of patients, patients was compared between the two groups of clinical curative effect and adverse reactions. Results： the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） associated with arrhythmia of conventional treatment at the same time, with a combined metacentre grain metoprolol to treat, can significantly improve the curative effect, and can reduce adverse reaction, as a result of metoprolol, improve the safety of the drug.
