摘要
目的:探讨使用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合利福昔明治疗肝硬化相关性显性肝性脑病的效果。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年2月期间西部战区成都总医院收治的100例肝硬化相关性显性肝性脑病患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将这些患者平均分为对照组和观察组。为对照组患者使用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸进行治疗,为观察组患者使用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合利福昔明进行治疗。然后观察两组患者血氨、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)的水平及治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者血氨及TBIL的水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05),其ALT的水平及治疗的总有效率均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:使用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合利福昔明治疗肝硬化相关性显性肝性脑病的效果显著,可快速地改善其血清学指标。
Objective： To explore the effect of ornithine aspartate combined with rifamoxime in the treatment of cirrhosis related dominant hepatic encephalopathy. Methods： 100 patients with cirrhosis related dominant hepatic encephalopathy admitted to chengdu general hospital of western theater from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects. These patients were divided into control group and observation group on average according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with aspartate ornithate and patients in the observation group were treated with aspartate ornithate combined with rifamoxamine. The levels of serum ammonia, ALT and total bilirubin（TBIL） and the therapeutic effect were observed. Results： after treatment, the levels of serum ammonia and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）, and the ALT level and the overall therapeutic efficiency were higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the treatment of hepatic cirrhosis related dominant hepatic encephalopathy with aspartate ornithine and rifamoxicillin can improve its serological index rapidly.
