摘要
反应性精神病,是由于精神因素而导致脑机能失调的疾病,其症状表现与精神刺激密切相关,亦称'心因性反应症'属于中医学的'癫狂'范畴。近年来,笔者用电针冲击法治疗反应性精神病50例,收到良好效果,现介绍如下。
The author used shock-elect(?)-(?) totreat 50 cases of reactive psychosis who were establi-shed as the observed group,while other 20 caseswere tr(?)ted with conventional acupuncture and regar-ded as control group.In observed group,Renzhongand Yintang were punctured and the needles werethen connected with electric acupuncture apparatus.The current was kept for 2 to 4 seconds with conti-nuous dense wave which brought about tonic muscularspasm.Switching off the electricity,the patient wasrequired to rest for a while and then the stimulationwould be repeated the same as above.After the trea-tment the cure rate in two groups was respectively76% and 40%.Statistic processing found out markeddifferene (P<0.05) which revealed that shock-electro-acup(?)cture is apparently superior to conven-tional acupuncture therapy in this treatment.
