PLC在液体自动混合装置中的设计与应用

摘要 根据液体混合装置的结构特点和产品的生产工艺要求,采用西门子S7-200对传统的继电器接触器控制的液体混合装置进行改造,完成了PLC的硬件安装和软件编程设计,并通过对液体自动混合装置进行调试和运行,达到了该装置节能环保省时的目的,证明了PLC技术在现代工业自动化领域的先进性和实用性。 According to the structure characteristic of liquid mixing device and the requirement of the product process, the article uses Siemens s7-200 to transform the traditional relay contactor control liquid mixing device, completes the hardware installation and software programming design of PLC, and achieves the purpose of saving energy and environmental protection time by debugging and running the liquid automatic mixing device, and proves the advanced and practicability of PLC technology in modern industrial automation field.
