摘要
从品牌战略的概念分析入手,在阐述本科公司品牌战略的制定、涵义、目标的基础上,进一步提出了该公司品牌战略的实施保障措施,即顶层设计规划品牌战略、科研人才永葆品牌生命、规范管理铸造品牌质量、营销网络保证品牌创新以及企业文化给力品牌影响,以期对其它企业品牌战略实施有借鉴意义。
Based on the design,significance and goal of Benco's brand strategy,the article puts forward measures of implementation of the strategy,which are top level's design of brand strategy,researchers 'maintaining the brand,creating quality brand through standard management,ensuring brand innovation with marketing network,and strengthening brand influence with enterprise culture. It is hoped that it could be used for reference by other companies for the implement of brand strategy.
