空气源塔水源热泵系统供暖测试分析

摘要 空气源塔水源热泵系统近两年来在我国北方"煤改电"项目中逐渐被应用,为了验证该系统在北方地区应用的可行性,对2个住宅小区的空气源塔水源热泵系统整个供暖季的运行进行测试。测试结果表明,这2个项目系统的平均供水温度分别达到38.8℃和37.1℃,机组的季节性制热性能系数分别达到3.58和4.01,但由于2个小区入住率均不高,使系统制热性能系数降低。为了进一步提高系统节能性和经济性,需要在系统配置、设备选型、控制系统等环节充分考虑部分负荷运行工况,避免系统长期在"大马拉小车"的工况下运行。 The air source tower water-source heat pump system has been gradually applied to the coal-to-electricity project in northern China in the last two years. In order to verify the feasibility of the system in the northern region,the operation tests on the air source tower water-source heat pump systems of whole heating season in two residential communities are conducted. The test results show that the supply water temperatures of these two projects are 38. 8 ℃ and 37. 1 ℃ respectively,the SCOP( seasonal coefficient of performance) of the units are 3. 58 and 4. 01 respectively. However,the occupancy rates of these two communities are not high,which reduces the COP of the system. To further improve the system's energy efficiency and economy,it is necessary to fully consider the operating conditions of part load in system configuration,equipment selection and control system,avoid the system running under the "big Mara trolleys"condition in the long run.
