摘要
传动齿轮作为辊式破碎机的关键部件,其可靠性决定了整个设备的可靠性。在掌握辊式破碎机变轴距等速比传动机构工作原理的基础上,利用Pro/e绘图软件建立了其三维模型,导入ADAMS软件在各零件之间添加约束和载荷,主动轮采用恒转速驱动,仿真后得到各齿轮的角速度变化曲线与接触力对比曲线,结果表明,该机构可实现等速比传动,此外,齿轮1与齿轮2的接触力最大,在设计过程中,可适当提高齿轮1与齿轮2的强度。
Transmission gear as the roll crusher’ s key component,its reliability decides the reliability of the wholedevice. Based on the research of the working principle of the variable shaft distance and equal angular velocity ratio transmission mechanism of the roller breaker,this paper used ADAMS software has established mechanism system using parts were sculpted in the Pro/E software environment and the initiative wheel adopted a constant speeddrive. After simulation obtained the curve of the gear angular velocity and the contact force,the results show that,the mechanism can realize equal velocity ratio transmission and the contact force between the gear 1 and the gear2 was the biggest,in the process of design should improve the gear 1 and the gear2’ s strength.
