摘要
为揭示不同施氮量下春大豆根系生长与花荚形成的关系,大田条件下系统研究了0,75,150,225 kg/hm^24种施氮量对大豆花、荚期0~80 cm土层根系生长和开花、结荚动态的影响,并分析了根系生长与花荚形成的关系。结果表明:施氮显著增加花荚期0~80 cm土层总根系干物质、总侧根长和总侧根表面积,且均以150 kg/hm^2处理增幅最大;施氮明显延长花期,显著增加单位面积总开花数,提高13~18节开花的比例;施氮明显推迟始荚期,延长结荚期,增加荚数和总腔数。花期根干质量、侧根长、侧根表面积的增量与花数呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.998**,0.912,0.870;花荚期根干质量、侧根长、侧根表面积的增量与荚数呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.856,0.963*,0.968*。花荚期适量施氮肥,能促进根系健壮生长,增加花、荚数,进而提高大豆产量。
In order to reveal the relationship between growth and flower pod formation of root of spring soybean under different nitrogen application rates,the effects of four nitrogen fertilizer rates(0,75,150,225) kg/hm^2 on soybean flower,root growth and flowering and podding dynamics in0-80 cm soil layer at podding stage were studied systematically under field conditions,and the relationship between root growth and flower pod formation was analyzed. The results showed that nitrogen fertilizer application significantly increased total dry weight of root system,length of lateral root and surface area of lateral root in 0-80 cm soil layer at podding stage,and they all had the largest increase under 150 kg/hm^2 treatment. Nitrogen fertilizer application significantly prolonged the flowering period,increased the total number of flowers per unit area,and increased the flowering ratio of13-18 nodes. Nitrogen application delayed the initial podding stage,prolonged the podding period,and increased pod number and total number of cavity. The increase of total dry weight of root system,length of lateral root and surface area of lateral root was positively correlated with number of flowers at flowering stage,and the correlation coefficients were 0.998**,0.912 and 0.870,respectively.The increase of total dry weight of root system,length of lateral root and surface area of lateral root was positively correlated with number of pods at podding period,and the correlation coefficients were 0.856,0.963*and 0.968*,respectively.Applying moderate amount of nitrogen fertilizer at flowering and podding stages can promote healthy growth of root,increase number of pods,flowers,and increase yield of soybean.
