摘要
为了解决煤炭质量管理相关研究探索所呈现出的诸多不足,提升煤企煤质管理成效,以河南能源永煤公司陈四楼煤矿为例,围绕该矿开展实施的"六位一体"煤质管理体系建设,在详细分析其主要经验和不足的同时,有针对性地提出整改提升对策,提升矿井发展质量,同时也为其他煤炭企业开展相关工作提供借鉴。
In order to solve the many deficiencies in coal quality management related research and exploration,improve coal enterprise management performance,Taking the Chensilou coal mine of Henan Energy Yongmei Coal Co.,Ltd. as an example,the construction of the ＂six in one＂ coal quality management system around the mine was carried out. The main experience and shortcomings are analyzed in detail,at the same time,the countermeasures were put forward to improve the quality of the mine development,and provide some ideas and methods for other coal enterprises to carry out relevant work.
