摘要
目的:采用抗炎与致敏实验优选冰荷洗剂的制备工艺。方法:选用相同的药材采用不同的提取工艺分别制备冰荷洗剂。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法及外涂2,4-二硝基氯苯致豚鼠皮肤致敏实验筛选冰荷洗剂的最佳制备工艺。结果:与空白对照组比较,冰荷洗剂水提组、冰荷洗剂醇提组、冰荷洗剂部分水提部分醇提组及冰荷洗剂提挥发油组小鼠耳肿胀度均显著降低,耳肿胀抑制率显著升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。模型组的致敏率为100%,而冰荷洗剂水提组、冰荷洗剂醇提组、冰荷洗剂部分水提部分醇提组及冰荷洗剂提挥发油组豚鼠致敏率均为0。与空白对照组比较,模型组豚鼠致敏率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,冰荷洗剂水提组、冰荷洗剂醇提组、冰荷洗剂部分水提部分醇提组及冰荷洗剂提挥发油组豚鼠致敏率较低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:提取挥发油工艺为冰荷洗剂最佳制备工艺。
Objective: To optimize the preparation technology of Binghe lotion by anti-inflammatory and sensitization tests.Methods:Selected the same medicinal materials but adopted different extraction technologies to prepare Binghe lotion. Used the method of ear edema in mice induced by xylene, and skin sensitization test in guinea pigs induced by the external application of 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene to screen the optimal preparation technology of Binghe lotion. Results: Comparing with the blank control group, the degree of ear edema of mice in the group of Binghe lotion by water extraction, the group of Binghe lotion by alcohol extraction,the group of Binghe lotion partly by water extraction and alcohol extraction and the group of Binghe lotion by volatile oil extraction was significantly dcreased respectively, and the inhibition rate of ear edema was significantly increased, differences being significant(P〈0.05,P〈0.01). The sensitization rate was 100% in the model group,while the sensitization rate was 0 in the group of Binghe lotion by water extraction, the group of Binghe lotion by alcohol extraction, the group of Binghe lotion partly by water extraction and alcohol extraction and the group of Binghe lotion by volatile oil extraction. Comparing with the blank control group,the sensitization rate of guinea pigs in the model group was relatively higher, difference being significant(P〈0.01). Comparing with the model group,the sensitization rate of guinea pigs was relatively lower in the group of Binghe lotion by water extraction,the group of Binghe lotion by alcohol extraction, the group of Binghe lotion partly by water extraction and alcohol extraction and the group of Binghe lotion by volatile oil extraction, differences being significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Volatile oil extraction is the optimal preparation technology of Binghe lotion.
