摘要
针对石化装置内许多管道直接置于横梁上,管线与横梁接触部位会发生严重的局部腐蚀,而管道又不方便更换的现状,探讨了管道外腐蚀机理,论述了碳纤维增强修复技术在管道支撑部位腐蚀问题上的应用,达到了预期效果。
Many boundary pipes in the petrochemical plant are directly placed on the beamand aredifficult to perfoml routine inspection and testing. In the con- tact area between the pipe and beam, perforated leak are often found. Herein the external corrosion mecha- nism was discussed and a carbon fiber reinforcement technology was developed. This new technology could enhance the strength of the pipe supporting part and suppress the corrosion.
