摘要
通过建立1999—2015年SITC Rev.3的三位编码产品与中国22个行业的对应关系,采用系统GMM的估计方法,实证检验中国知识产权保护强度、外国直接投资对中国出口技术进步的影响及在不同行业间的差异性。结果显示,外资直接出口效应显著促进了中国出口技术进步,尤其是在技术密集度高、技术差距大和集中度低的行业;外商直接投资的技术溢出水平尚未达到预期效果,人员培训效应、垂直产业关联效应显著为正,示范竞争效应显著为负。此外,知识产权保护强度对出口技术进步的直接作用不显著,与人员培训效应和垂直产业关联效应的交互项显著为正,与外资出口效应的交互项不显著,与示范竞争效应交互项显著为负。
Through establishing the corresponding relation between SITC rev. 3 three coding products in 1999-2015 and 22 industries in China, this article empirically tests the impact of IPR protection and foreign direct investment on China＇s export technical progress and the differences among different industries. The test is conducted by using system GMM estimation method. The empirical result shows that foreign direct export effect significantly promotes export technical progress, especially in the high technical intensity, the large technology gap and low industry concentration groups. The technology spillover level of foreign direct investment does not attain the ex-pected effect. The training effect and vertical industry correlation effect is significantly positive, and demonstration competition effect is significantly negative. In addition, IPR protection has no significant effect on the promotion of exports technical progress. The interactive items of IPR and training effect is positive, as well as the interactive items of IPR and vertical industry correlation effect. While the interactive items of IPR and foreign export effect is not significant. It is noted that the interactive items of IPR and demonstration competition effect is significantly negative.
