摘要
目的分析北京市2016年五种性病的流行病学特征,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法收集北京市通过《中国疾病预防控制信息管理系统》上报的五种性病数据,应用描述流行病学方法对2016性病发病情况进行分析。结果 2016年北京市累计报告5种性病9 237例,男女性分别为5 379和3 858例;总报告发病率为42.56/10万;报告发病率最高的病种为梅毒(23.57/10万),其次为淋病(6.61/10万);报告发病率最高年龄组为≥85岁组(136.01/10万)和30岁~组(73.11/10万);职业分布以家务及待业和离退人员为主;报告病例数最多的地区为朝阳区和通州区,分别占25.39%和10.38%;报告发病率最高为通州区(69.59/10万)。结论 2016年北京市五种性病报告发病率与2015年相比,淋病和生殖道沙眼衣原体感染分别上升了27.03%和11.69%,而生殖器疱疹、尖锐湿疣和梅毒分别下降了36.13%、20.02%和7.83%。分析北京市性病防治工作重点仍为梅毒和淋病。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of five sexually transmitted diseases in Beijing,2016. Methods A descriptive epidemiological study was conducted to analyze incidence data of five sexually transmitted diseases which were collected from the disease surveillance information reporting system in Beijing in 2016. Results A total of9 237 sexuall transmitted diseases cases including 5 379 males and 3 858 females were recruited. The incidence rate of these five sexually transmitted diseases was 42. 56/100 000; The incidence rate of syphilis was highest( 23. 57/100 000) that was followed by gonorrhea( 6. 61/100 000). The highest incidence rate was observed in the group aged 85 years old and above( 136. 01/100 000) and 30-34 years( 73. 11/100 000). Most of cases were household workers,unemployed or retired. The cases are reported mainly in Chaoyang and Tongzhou. Conclusion The cases of gonorrhea and Chlamydia trachomatis infection in 2016 increased by 27. 03% 和 11. 69% compared with those in 2015. While the incidence of genital herpes,condyloma acuminata and syphilis declined by 36. 13% 、20. 02% and 7. 83% respectively. Syphilis and gonorrhea are key emphasis in prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases in Beijing.
