摘要 介绍非开挖技术与开挖技术结合修复张江路污水管道的工程实例,本次修复以非开挖修复技术为主,开挖修复技术为辅。对张江路排水管道的渗漏、腐蚀、错位和变形等功能性缺陷进行修复,避免出现水土流失、土体形成空洞,进而导致路面沉陷与管道下沉。与传统的全部采用开挖修复技术的方法相比,该方法可以有效地节约成本,减小对交通和环境的影响,保障排水设施安全运行。 This paper introduces the engineering examples of the combination of trenchless technology and excavation technology to repair the sewage pipe of Zhangjiang Road. This repair is mainly based on non-excavation repair technology, supplemented by excavation and repair technology. The functional defects such as leakage, corrosion, dislocation and deformation of the drainage pipe of Zhangjiang Road are repaired to avoid soil erosion and void formation in the soil, which leads to road subsidence and pipe sinking. Compared with the traditional method of using excavation repair technology, this method can effectively save costs, reduce the impact on traffic and environment, and ensure the safe operation of drainage facilities.
