摘要
目的探讨普萘洛尔外用制剂的研究进展,为制备临床治疗需要的新型、安全、高效的外用制剂提供参考。方法检索近年国内外普萘洛尔外用制剂的相关文献,综述其外用制剂的主要剂型及特点。结果普萘洛尔外用制剂可直接作用于患处,或通过鼻腔喷入发挥局部或全身治疗作用,起效快,提高了生物利用度,并减少了不良反应。目前检索到的普萘洛尔外用剂型包括软膏、乳膏、凝胶、透皮贴剂、鼻喷剂等传统制剂及脂质体、亚微乳、传递体涂膜剂等新型载体剂型。结论随着外用新剂型新技术研究的发展,普萘洛尔外用制剂的各项研究成果有望在今后安全、高效地运用于临床。
Objective To investigate the research progress on the topical preparations of propranolol,and provide references for producing new, safe and efficient topical preparations to satisfy the clinical requirement. Methods The main dosage forms and characteristics of the topical preparations of propranolol were reviewed by a computerized search in Chinese and foreign literatures. Results The topical preparations of propranolol could be directly on the affected area, or played a role of local or systemic treatment through nasal spray. Therefore, they showed quick absorption, and could improve bioavailability with reduced adverse reactions. In present review, the traditional formulations including ointments,creams,gels,transdermal patches,nasal sprays and other traditional preparations,and the novel formulations such as liposomes,microemulsions and plastics were retrieved. Conclusion With the further development of new topical formulations of propranolol,the relevant researches are expected to safely and efficiently apply to clinical medication in the future.
