摘要
全面建成小康社会、实现现代化与中国梦必须探索一条科学发展道路。习近平明确指出中国要走生态优先的绿色发展道路,并围绕这条道路提出了一系列新思想新观点新论断。绿色发展的实质是"三生"和谐共赢,目的是实现人民幸福,目标是圆美丽中国梦,重点是建设绿色生态,途径是发展绿色生产,引擎是培育绿色生活,保障是完善绿色制度,条件是加强绿色合作。这些思想共同构成了中国特色社会主义绿色发展道路的顶层设计,对于我国深入探讨与有效探索绿色发展道路具有重要理论与现实意义。
To build a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realize the modernization and the Chinese dream need to explore a scientific development road. Xi Jinping clearly point out that China should take the eco-priority green development path,and a series of new ideas and views around the road. The essence is the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,purpose is to implement people＇s happiness,target is to realize the beautiful Chinese dream,key is to build the green ecological,way is the develop the green production,engine is to cultivate the green life,safeguard is to perfect the green system,conditions is to strengthen the green cooperation. These ideas constitute the top design that the green development path of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,and have the great theoretical and practical significance to know and explore the green development road.
