摘要
目的探讨替硝唑联合盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年1月至2017年12月期间收治的慢性盆腔炎患者80例作为研究样本,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和常规组,每组各40例。常规组应用替硝唑治疗,实验组应用替硝唑联合盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗,统计并对比两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率95.0%,显著高于常规组的80.0%(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率17.5%,与常规组的15.0%对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在慢性盆腔炎治疗中应用替硝唑联合盐酸左氧氟沙星效果显著,并且具有较高的安全性,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tinidazole combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research samples,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the conventional group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with tinidazole,while the experimental group was treated with tinidazole combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride. The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that of the routine group 80%（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 17. 5%,and there was no significant difference compared with the conventional group 15%（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion Tinidazole combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and it is worthy of wide clinical application.
