摘要
针对软岩巷道断面大、地应力高等特点造成巷道支护困难问题,提出了钢管混凝土支架+钢钎维混凝土碹体+锚杆为主的承压环支护方式。在满足巷道支护力学要求的前提下,根据工程实例,对不同长度锚杆的承压环进行位移监测分析,并对锚杆的经济性进行评价。结果表明:两帮最大移近量为76.3 mm,顶底最大移近量为94.7 mm,锚杆越长,围岩变形量越小,支护效果越好;巷道每支护100 m,1.8 m长的锚杆比2.7 m长的锚杆节约成本超过4万元。因此,选择合适长度的锚杆具有良好的经济效益。
For the problem of difficult support of roadway due to the large section, higher stress characteristics of soft rock roadway, we propose pressure-bearing ring support method based on concrete-filled steel tubular bracket, steel fiber reinforced concrete arch wall and bolt. Under the premise of satisfying the mechanical requirements of roadway support, according to an engineering example, we monitor and analyze the displacement of the pressure-bearing ring of different length bolts and the economic performance of the bolts is evaluated. The results showed that the max convergence of two-side of the roadway was 76.3 mm and the max convergence between the roof and floor was about 94.7 mm. The longer of the bolt is, the smaller of accumulative deformation of surrounding rock is, the better of supporting effect is. When roadway support reaches to 100 m, the bolt of 1.8 m is saving cost more than 40 thousands yuan than the bolt of 2.7 m. Therefore, it is of good economic benefit to select the bolt with suitable length.
