摘要
数字时代,推进传统出版与新兴出版融合是出版业发展的必由之路。出版融合背景下,编辑活动内涵呈现新变化,要求编辑具有大出版、大编辑的理念和格局,有产品经理的思维方式和角色意识,强化产品策划创新意识,着力培养和提升专业化的审美选择能力、多出版形态的内容构建能力、多渠道内容推广运营能力及"出版+"业态创新能力。这是出版融合背景下编辑工作的内在要求。
In the digital age, promoting the integration of traditional publishing and emerging publishing is the sure path for the development of publishing industry. In the context of publishing integration, the connotation of editorial activities presents new changes. It requires editors to understand the concepts and framework of big publishing and big editing, to adopt product managers' mode of thinking and consciousness, to strengthen the awareness of innovation in product planning, and to focus on cultivating and enhancing professional aesthetic selection capabilities, multi-publishing content construction capabilities, multi-channel content promotion and operation capabilities, and "publishing+" business innovation capabilities. This article believes that these are the inherent requirements of editorial work in the context of publishing integration.
