基于BIM模型的深基坑工程施工方案自动图审 被引量:12

摘要 深基坑工程具有很高的安全风险,深基坑工程施工前,其方案中的基坑设计图必须经过严格图审。但规范条文信息量巨大、规范之间要求不统一,使得人工图审效率低,且难以保证图审工作的完整和准确。以深基坑工程图审工作特点为基础,提出以BIM模型为施工方案载体,利用计算机实现自动图审,以克服人工图审面临的困难。重点阐述了图审知识库的构建方法和模型信息需求的确定方法,设计了完整的自动图审系统框架和流程,通过绿地国际金融城深基坑工程验证了自动图审科学有效。自动图审能够提高图审工作效率,保证图审点无遗漏和图审结果准确,在图审环节为深基坑工程施工安全提供了有效保障。 Abstract : Deep foundation projects have high safety risk. T he design of deep foundations needs strict code compliance checking before construction. However,owing to the huge information and inconformity of codes in different norms, manual checking is inefficient and can hardly ensure the completeness and accuracy of the code compliance checking. To bridge the gaps, this paper proposes a BIM-based construction plans on the characteristics of code compliance checking of deep foundations, thus automatic code compliance checking is achieved to overcome the difficulties of manual checking. Firstly,the knowledge base of code compliance checking is established and the requirement of model information is identified. Secondly, the whole framework and flows of automatic code compliance checking are designed. Finally, a case is used to verify the availability of the automatic code compliance checking in one construction site of Wuhan . The results show automatic code compliance checking improves the efficiency of works and further ensures the completeness and accuracy of checking results, which can guarantee the construction safety of deep foundations in code compliance checking stage.
