摘要
针对柬埔寨达岱水电站盘车装置系统复杂、组装麻烦、漏油点多的问题,通过旋转力矩校核计算分析,从理论上证明将液压盘车改变为人力盘车的可行性,并对盘车进行了改造。在机组检修时,对人力盘车装置进行检验,事实证明在人力盘车装置满足旋转力矩的情况下,比机械盘车方式更加简单实用,减少了机组盘车所用时间,提高了机组检修效率,取得了较好的经济效益。
The renovation of the turning gear in Tatay Hydropower Station of Cambodia is introduced. As the original hydraulic turning gear is rather complex, difficult to assemble and of many oil leaking points, it is proposed to convert it to a manpower turning gear. The feasibility of this conversion is proved theoretically through a checking of the rotation torque. In the unit maintenance, the renovated manpower turning gear is examined. It shows that the manpower turning gear is simpler and much more practical than the mechanical one provided the rotation torque is enough. After the renovation, the unit turning time is reduced and the maintenance efficiency is improved. Thus, satisfactory economic benefit is achieved.
