The field of online employment services has witnessed its third listed company, Dai Kebin's Liepin.com, which is slightly smaller in scale as compared with the already listed Zhaopin.com and 51 job.com. In 2017, the revenue of the latter two companies clocked in at 2.811 billion and1.915 billion respectively, whereas Liepin only hit 825 million.Under the watchful eyes of such formidable rivals, Dai Kebin is unfazed. He believes that Liepin claims first-mover advantage spanning businesses, headhunters and individuals and it's substantially difficult for latecomers to imitate the model.His only concern is that his team will forego their fighting spirit now that the company has been listed.
