摘要
目的:探讨盐酸尼卡地平片联合曲美他嗪治疗稳定型劳力性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年1月—2016年1月我院收治的104例稳定型劳力性心绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予常规抗心绞痛治疗并联合曲美他嗪片,观察组患者在对照组的基础上口服给予盐酸尼卡地平片。比较两组患者的综合疗效和心电图疗效;统计各组患者每天心绞痛的发作频数、持续时间和硝酸甘油用量;观察各组患者不良反应的发生情况。结果:综合疗效和心电图疗效评价中,观察组总有效率分别为90.4%和96.2%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组每天心绞痛发作频数、持续时间和硝酸甘油用量分别为每天(2.81±0.66)次、每次(1.62±0.39)min和(1.95±0.92)mg·d-1,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。所有患者均未出现严重不良反应,观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为9.6%和7.6%,无统计学显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸尼卡地平片联合曲美他嗪治疗稳定型劳力性心绞痛具有较好的临床疗效,值得开展进一步研究。
Objective： To explore the effect of nicardipine combined with trimetazidine for stable exertional angina pectoris. Methods： 104 patients with stable exertional angina pectoris in our hospital from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 were divided into the control group（ 52 cases） and the treatment group（ 52 cases） randomly. The control group was given trimetazidine,the treatment group was given nicardipine on the basis of control group. The general effects and electrocardiogram effects of two groups were compared. The daily angina frequency,duration and nitroglycerin dosage and the rates of adverse action were observed. Results： In the treatment group,the total effective rate of the general effects and electrocardiogram effects were 90. 4% and 96. 2%,significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the daily angina frequency,duration and nitroglycerin dosage in treatment group were（ 2. 81 ± 0. 66） times·d-1,（ 1. 62 ±0. 39） min per time and（ 1. 95 ±0. 92） mg·d-1,which were significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. None of the patients had serious adversereactions,the rate of adverse action in treatment group and control group were 9. 6% and 7. 6% respectively. The rate of adverse action was not significantly difference between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of nicardipine combine with trimetazidine for stable exertional angina pectoris is affirmative and worth to the further research.
