摘要
随着经济社会的深入发展以及产业结构的调整升级,我国高等教育呈现出多元的发展趋势。就目前来讲,创新人才培养存在观念滞后、创新意志薄弱、创新氛围淡等问题。高校的思想政治教育能够有效推动学生树立正确的"三观",培养创新人才服务社会服务大众的责任感,以及善于合作顾全大局的团队意识。应将思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人。将思想政治教育融入三个课堂,加强高校思想政治教育,培养创新人才,使我国早日成为创新型国家。
With the deepening of economic and social development and the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, higher education in our country has shown a multi-dimensional development trend. For the time being, the development of innovative talents has problems such as lagging concepts, weak innovation will and weak innovation atmosphere. The ideological and political education in colleges and universities can effectively promote the students to establish a correct ＂three views＂, cultivate innovative talents to serve the public and serve the public＇s sense of responsibility, and be good at cooperating with the team as a whole. The ideological and political work should be carried out throughout the entire process of education and education, to realize the whole process of educating people,to educate people in an all-round way, to integrate ideological and political education in three classes, to strengthen ideological and political education in universities, and to cultivate innovative talents so that China will become an innovative country as soon as possible.
