摘要
半导体是一种重要的电子元器件,是电子信息产业的基础。基于半导体相关概念、全球半导体产业链及其业务模式,论述了半导体封装载板的三类客户,之后分析了全球载板的主要制造地(日本、韩国、中国台湾、中国内地)及十家最大的载板制造商,最后总结了全球主要载板制造商的产品布局。
Semiconductor is one of the important electronic components and the foundation of the electronic information industry. This paper discusses three kinds of customers for semiconductor package substrate based on the semiconductor concepts, the global semiconductor industry chain and its business model firstly; and then analyzes the major manufacturing countries and regions（Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Mainland, China） and the top 10 players in worldwide. Finally, the paper summaries the product structure of the top manufacturers.
