摘要
《自然资源统一确定登记办法(试行)》中对确权登记的目标、内容和应用管理等作了阐述,但未涉及成果质量控制方面的内容。文中从保障成果质量角度出发,对确权登记过程中质量标准建设和质量控制措施进行探讨,力图为下一步开展质检工作提供参考和借鉴。
Objectives,contents and the management applications of registration were stated by ＂Uniform registration of natural resources（ Trial） ＂,but it does not cover the quality control of registration results. In the paper,from the perspective of the quality assurance of the registration results,the construction of quality standards and the quality control measures in the process of uniform registration were discussed providing the references for the quality control work in the next step.
