摘要
目的了解2013年四川省居民口腔健康和知识行为现状。方法采用文献复习、专家咨询、问卷调查等方法了解四川省居民口腔健康和知识行为现状,采用SPSS22.0软件对数据进行分析。结果 3个年龄组别的不同地区居民的最近3年口腔体检率、刷牙率、洁牙率、口腔就诊率和口腔保健知识认知率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别上述指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随年龄增长,刷牙率降低、涂氟率降低,但口腔体检率、就诊率及最近1年口腔就诊需求率均升高。结论 4个调查区居民的口腔健康状况堪忧,老年人群口腔健康状况差,居民口腔保健知识认知还有待加强。
Objective To understand the status quo of oral health and knowledge and behaviors among the residents in Sichuan province during 2013.Methods The methods of literatures reviewing,experts consultation and questionnaire investigation were adopted to understand the status quo of oral health and knowledge and behaviors among residents in Sichuan Province.The the data were analyzed by using the SPSS 22.0 software.Results The rates of oral examination,tooth brushing,tooth cleaning,seeing doctor,demand of seeing doctor and oral healthcare knowledge had statistical difference among 3 age groups in different areas（P〈0.05）,but the above indicators had no statistical difference between different genders（P〉0.05）.The tooth brushing rate and fluoridization rate were decreased with age increase,while the rates of oral examination,seeing doctor and demand of oral treatment in recent 1 year were increased.Conclusion The oral health status in the residents of investigated districts and counties is troubling,the oral health status in elderly population is in apoor condition.The residents′oral healthcare knowledge and cognition need to be strengthened.
