摘要
在我国飞速发展的高铁管理工程中,"四电"集成工程承担着高铁建设的主要任务,占总成本的70%,对于占总成本60%的物资采购成本来说,体现了物资管理在铁路"四电"工程中举足轻重的作用。文章首先对企业物资管理缺陷进行了分析,然后对把控企业物资管理环节及采购框架进行讨论,提出了高效利用废旧物资的措施,保证了工程施工质量,提高了企业的经济效益。
In the rapid development of the high speed rail management project in China, the "four electricity" integrated project takes on the main task of the construction of high speed rail, accounting for 70% of the total cost. For the total cost of materials, which accounts for 60% of the total cost, this more embodies the importanee of material management in the railway "four electricity" project. The article first analyzes the defects of the enterprise material management, then discusses the material management link and the procurement framework of the controlled enterprise, and puts forward the measures to efficiently use the waste materials to ensure the quality of the construction and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise.
