摘要
与传统建筑行业的事故类别进行比较,装配式建筑施工的事故类别更突出了预制构件吊装拼装时的风险。而五类安全事故在传统建筑行业与装配式建设行业的比重有所不同,通过分析两种建造模式的差异,凸显了装配式建筑在安全管理方面的优势,提出了装配式建筑施工安全管理的要点和管理措施。
Compared with the accident types in traditional construction industry, the risk of prefabricated component hoisting and assembling stick out in the accident types of fabricated building industry. And the proportions of the five types of safety accidents in traditional construction industry and assembly construction industry is different. By analyzing the differences between the two construction modes,this paper illustrates the advantages of fabricated buildings in safety management,and puts forward the key points and management measures for safety management of fabricated buildings.
