摘要
＂司外揣内＂是《黄帝内经》中重要的诊查原则,它是在天人合一的思想指导下,经过长期的临床实践经验积累而形成的。在《灵枢经》中有着很多对于司外揣内思维的相关论述,这一传统的、主流的辨证论治思维方法,目前在临床上也得以广泛应用。文章试从《灵枢经》的解读来探析司外揣内思维的认知方法,从而实现理论对中医临床的指导意义。
Governing exterior to infer interior is the examinatio principle in Huangdi Neijing. It is one of the guiding ideology in theory that man is an integral part of nature through clinical practice experience and the formation of long-term accumulation.Lingshujing has many related discussions for governing exterior to infer interior,the traditional mainstream theory of governance thinking method,which currently also can be widely applied in clinic. This paper explained the thinking of the interpretation of governing exterior to infer interior in order to achieve the theory of TCM clinical significance.
