慢性HBV感染患者经穴红外温度与肝内静脉血流动力学相关的比较

A Comparative Study of Correlation Between Infrared Temperature of Acupoints of Patients with Chronic HBV Infection and Hemodynamics of Hepatic Vein

摘要 目的:通过肝区内不同经穴红外温度与肝内静脉功能状态相关性比较研究,论证经穴效应的特异性与科学性。方法:以慢性HBV感染患者为观察组,健康自愿者为对照组,分别进行肝区内期门、日月、步廊经穴红外温度与门静脉血流速度(VPV)、最大内径(DPV)、门静脉充血指数(CI),肝静脉血液速度(VHV)、肝中静脉内经(DHV),肝静脉波形(HV0、HV1、HV-2)检出率的均值双变量等级相关检验。结果:(1)观察组期门、日月、步廊红外温度与CI负相关;期门、步廊与VPV正相关,与DPV负相关,P〈0.05。(2)观察组只有步廊与DHV和HV1检出率负相关,P〈0.05。(3)对照组三个经穴与各项血液动力学参数均不相关。结论:HBV感染时肝区内肝经期门、胆经日月、肾经步廊红外温度与肝内静脉血液动力学相关的差异性,体现了经穴效应的特异性和"肝胆表里""肝肾同源"中医理论的科学性。 Objective: To study the correlation between the infrared temperature of different acupoints in the liver region and the functional status of the hepatic vein and demonstrate the specificity and scientificity of the acupoints effect. Methods: The patients with chronic HBV infection were as the observation group,and healthy volunteers as control group. We measured the infrared temperature respectively of Qimen( LA14),Riyue( GB24) and Bulang( KI22) and portal vein blood flow velocity( VPV),maximum diameter( DPV),portal venous congestion index( CI),hepatic venous blood velocity( VHV) and liver after intravenous( DHV),hepatic vein waveform( HV0,HV_1,HV2) by bivariate correlation test. Results: The observation group' s infrared temperature of Qimen( LA14),Riyue( GB24) and Bulang( KI22) was negatively correlated with CI. Qimen( LA14) and Bulang( KI22) were positively correlated with VPV,and negatively correlated with DPV,P〈0. 05. The observation group only had Bulang( KI22) negatively correlated with detection rate of DHV and HV1,P〈0. 05. The three acupoints of the control group were not correlated with hemodynamic parameters. Conclusion: The difference between the infrared temperature of Qimen( LA14),Riyue( GB24) and Bulang( KI22) and hepatic vein hemodynamics when infecting HBV reflects the specificity of acupoint effect and the scientificity of liver and gallbladder being internal-external related and the common source of liver and kidney.
