摘要
旨在研究吉林白鹅毛囊发育以及IGF-1、EGF基因对毛囊发育过程调控的影响。选择保存7d内的吉林白鹅种蛋300枚,饲养到出雏后28d。分别在孵化期23(E23),27(E27)d,出雏后0,1,4,7,14,21,28d取样,共9个处理组,将E23作为对照组,每个处理6个重复,采用单因素完全随机试验设计,测定初级毛囊和次级毛囊密度、毛球直径、IGF-1、EGF基因在皮肤中的相对表达量。结果表明,吉林白鹅E23-28d,初级毛囊密度显著降低(P〈0.05),初级毛囊毛球直径显著增加(P〈0.05),次级毛囊密度显著增加(P〈0.05),次级毛球直径显著增加(P〈0.05)。吉林白鹅胸部为主要产绒部位。吉林白鹅E23-28d皮肤中IGF-1、EGF基因相对表达量显著增加(P〈0.05)。IGF-1和EGF基因可以促进次级毛囊的发育,对吉林白鹅毛壹发育起到了调控的作用.
To study the development of hair follicles and the effects of IGF-1 and EGF genes on the regulation of hair follicles development. Three hundreds eggs saved within 7 d of Jilin white goose were choose,and raised 28 d after brooding. Sampling were collected at hatching period 23(E23), 27(E27) d,0,1,4,7,14,21,28 d after brooding,and divided into 9 treatment groups,E23 was treated as control,each processing 6 repeated. The relative expression of primary hair follicle and sec- ondary hair follicle density,diameter of hair follicle,IGF-1 and EGF gene in skin were determined by single factor completely randomized test. The results showed that the density of primary follicle of Jilin white goose E23-28 d decreased significantly(P〈0.05), diameter of primary follicle balls decreased significant increase (P〈0. 05), secondary follicle density increased significant (P〈 0.05) ,diameter of secondary wool balls increased significant (P〈0.05). Jilin white goose chest is the main production of velvet. The relative expression of IGF-1 and EGF genes in the skin of Jilin white goose E23-28d increased significantly(P〈0.05). IGF-1 and EGF genes can promote the development of secondary hair follicles and play a regulatory role in the development of hair follicles in Jilin white goose.
