摘要
在ISO19700稳态产烟平台上进行实验,研究建筑装饰材料PVC的烟气释放特性。通过热重分析仪进行热重分析,研究PVC热降解阶段和烟气释放阶段特性;通过控制PVC的热降解温度,研究温度对PVC燃烧过程中CO、CO2、氧气消耗和烟密度的影响;通过控制PVC的热解气氛,研究气氛对PVC燃烧过程中CO、CO2、氧气消耗和烟密度的影响,为建立完善高聚物建筑材料的火灾烟气安全评估提供了实验依据和理论基础。
Tests were carried out on ISO 197000 steady state smoke production platform, to study the fire smoke emission characteristics of PVC, which is building decoration material. Thermogravimetric analysis was carried out by thermogravimetric analyzer, to study the PVC characteristics during the thermal degradation phase and smoke emission phase. By controlling the thermal degradation temperature, the influence of temperature on the CO, CO2,oxygen consumption and smoke density during the PVC combustion were analyzed. By controlling the PVC thermal degradation atmosphere,the influence of temperature on the CO, CO2, oxygen consumption and smoke density during the PVC combustion were analyzed.The study can provide experimental reference and theoretical basis for perfectingthe polymer building materials fire smoke safety analysis.
