术中实时超声技术辅助定位清除脑内血肿

摘要 目的:探讨术中实时超声技术辅助定位清除脑内血肿的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析本院自2016年1月-2017年12月收治的80例脑内血肿患者临床资料,按照治疗方法将其分为观察组(n=40)与参考组(n=40)。观察组均在超声定位引导下行血肿清除术,参考组行常规传统开颅手术治疗,比较两组手术效果。结果:观察组术后24、72 h血肿量清除率均明显大于参考组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于参考组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术中实时超声技术辅助定位有助于准确定位病灶及脑室位置,有助于提高病灶清除率,避免对重要血管损伤。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intraoperative real-time ultrasound assisted location and clearance of intracerebral hematoma.Method:Clinical data of 80 patients with intracranial hematoma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analysed,according to the methods of treatment,they were divided into the observation group(n=40) and the reference group(n=40).The observation group were guided by ultrasound to clear the hematoma,the reference group was treated with conventional traditional craniotomy treatment,surgical effects were compared between the two groups.Result:The hematoma clearance rate of the observation group at 24 h and 72 h after operation was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Intraoperative real-time ultrasound assisted localization is helpful for locating the lesions and ventricles accurately,helping to improve the clearance rate and avoid important blood vascular injuries.
