摘要
目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗难治性非糜烂性胃食管反流病的疗效及安全性。方法选取难治性非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者360例,按随机数字表法分为2组各180例。对照组予以常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,观察并记录2组症状评分、抑郁及焦虑状态评分、SF-36生活质量评分,比较临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果对照组总有效率为67.77%,显著低于研究组的88.34%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后胃灼热、反酸、胸骨后疼痛、反流症状积分显著较低,治疗后反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)总分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分显著较低,治疗后SF-36生活质量量表各项目评分显著较高(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片辅助治疗难治性非糜烂性胃食管反流病的临床疗效确切,能明显减轻患者胃灼热、反酸、胸骨后疼痛、反流等临床症状,改善抑郁、焦虑状态,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of flupentixol and melitracen tablets adjuvant therapy in the treatment of refractory non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods A totla of 360 patients with refractory non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease in our hospital were divided into two groups,with 180 cases per group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experiment group treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets on the basis of the control group,the symptom score,depression and anxiety status score,SF-36 quality of life score,and the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared after the treatment.Results The control group had lower effective rate than that in the experimental group（67.77％ vs.88.34％,P ＜ 0.05）;The experimental group had lower heartburn,acid regurgitation,chest pain,reflux symptoms score after treatment,lower reflux disease questionnaire （RDQ） score,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） score and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） score after treatment,and higher SF-36 quality of life scale scores after treatment compared with the control group （P ＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment of refractory non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease has prominent clinical effect,which can relieve clinical symptoms such as heartburn,acid regurgitation,chest pain,reflux,improve depression and anxiety,and improve quality of life.
