摘要
习总书记在新时代党的建设总要求中指明要建立干部容错纠错机制,这对克服之前部分领导干部中存在的不敢担当、无所作为的懒政现象有针对性作用。针对领导干部决策失误易陷入的心理误区进行成因分析,并从矫正价值心理偏误、提高自身决策素养、强化自我心理管理三方面提出对策,以期为干部容错纠错机制的建立提供参考。
In China＇s Communist party＇s general requirements for Party building in the new era,General Secretary Xi pointed out that a cadres＇ error tolerance and correction mechanism should be established,which is pertinent to cadre＇s laziness,such as lacking initiative,doing nothing. This paper analyzes the causes of psychological erroneous zones resulting from leading cadre＇s decision-making errors,and proposes some countermeasures in terms of the correct value of psychological bias,improving competency for their decision-making,strengthening self-psychological management in an effort to provide a reference for the establishment of the error tolerant and correction mechanism.
