摘要
安徽省青弋江流域洪涝灾害频发,给当地社会和人民生命财产带来巨大损失,并制约该地区经济持续健康发展。在分析青弋江流域防洪薄弱环节的基础上,结合当前流域水情、工情,提出了加大对陈村水库的洪水调度、提高堤防抗洪能力、增设非常溢洪道和行蓄洪区等建议。
Due to the frequent happening of flood disasters in the Qingyijiang River Basin, the local people has suffered severe damage and losses of their lives and properties. The disaster also places a bottleneck on sustainable and healthy development of regional economy. Based on analysis of problems with flood control in the Qingyijiang River Basin,suggestions are made on how to optimize flood regulation by Chencun Reservoir according to the current water and working conditions, to enhance capability of flood prevention by levees and dykes, increase the number of emergency spillways and flood detention basins.
