摘要
本文认为创建一流"戏剧与影视学"学科需要对艺术高校的大学理念以及学科建设的核心进行再思考,重新探索其本体性特质。为实现"培养高水平艺术创作人才"的目标,学科建设应聚焦于"创新精神"和"原创能力"。为此,高水平教师队伍建设和学术研究的理论创新应有新的认识,应建立更符合艺术教育本质的评价体系。
In order to develop first-class discipline of theatre and film studies, it is necessary to reevaluate art universities philosophy and the core of discipline development so as to re-explore the essence of this question. To realize the goal of ＂cultivating artistic talents＂, this paper suggests that the development of discipline should focus on ＂creativity＂ and ＂originality＂. Therefore, a new understanding of excellent faculty and theoretical innovation of academic research should be realized and an evaluation system which is more consistent with the nature of art eduction should be established.
