摘要
为考察三亚地区民居夏季室内热环境的热舒适状况,选取当地典型传统民居与新建民居各一户作为研究对象,分别测试其室内温度、相对湿度、风速、黑球温度等物理量;以预计适应性平均热感觉指标(APMV)为评价依据进行评价,结果显示旧民居热感觉较新民居略好,夜间较白天略好;并对新旧民居的优劣势进行分析,对当地民居今后的设计提出建议:在外围布置辅助空间与廊道、设通风阁楼、以两层为宜、加强日间自然通风、利用太阳能除湿降温等。
In order to investigate the indoor thermal comfort of residential environment in summer in Sanya,we select typical local traditional houses and the new residential households as the research object. The indoor temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and globe temperature were respectively tested. Based on the predicted adaptive average thermal sensation index(APMV), the results show that the thermal feeling of the old dwelling is slightly better than that of the new one, and the night is slightly better than that of the daytime. Meanwhile, the new and old houses are analyzed to promote their advantages and disadvantages. Some suggestions are put forward for the future design of local houses: arrange the auxiliary space and corridor on the periphery, ventilation attic, taking two floors as appropriate, strengthening daytime natural ventilation, using solar energy to dehumidify and cooling temperature, etc.
