摘要
高职教育发展已进入相对成熟阶段,品牌与可持续性成为发展重点,而高职教育在质量、结构、特色和成效方面不能完全匹配经济发展。文章通过剖析产业界优秀代表华为公司在企业文化与发展战略上的优点,分析现有高职教育上的不足,指出建设健康向上的校园文化来陶冶人、拟定合理的战略目标来牵引人、制定合适的人才战略来留住人、铸造实用型的服务战略来成就人是高职教育的发展方向。
The development of high vocational education has entered a relatively mature stage,brand and sustainability have become the focus of development,while higher vocational education cannot completely match the economic development in the aspects of quality,structure,characteristics and effectiveness. This paper analyzes the advantages of the outstanding representative of HUAWEI in the enterprise culture and development strategy,and analyzes the existing higher vocational education. It points out that the construction of healthy campus culture to cultivate people,formulate reasonable strategic goals to draw people,formulate suitable talent strategy to retain people,and practically cast service strategy to achieve people as the development direction of high vocational education.
