摘要
为研究北方盐冻地区,氯离子侵蚀对混凝土桥梁耐久性寿命的影响,提出了一种基于有限元的氯离子扩散模拟方法。该方法采用ANSYS软件模拟氯离子扩散,可以得到桥梁结构在氯离子侵蚀环境下的耐久性寿命,并以25 m预制小箱梁主梁为例说明了计算方法。结果表明:该方法克服了传统基于正交坐标系求解方法推导复杂且计算繁琐的缺点,可用于箱梁等不规则结构,以及非正交二维氯离子渗透的问题,适合工程实际。
In order to study the influence of chlorine ion erosion on the endurance life of concrete bridge in the salt frozen regions of the north, a chlorine ion diffusion simulation method based on the finite element is proposed. The ANSYS software is used in this method to simulate the ion diffusion. The endurance life of bridge structure can be known in the chlorine ion erosion environment, and the example of 25-m precast small-box girder can explain the computing method. The result shows that this method can overcome the disadvantages of complicated deduction and tedious calculation of the traditional solving method based on orthogonal coordinate system, which can be used for the irregular structures of box girder, and the problems of non-orthogonal two-dimensional chlorine ion permeability suitable for the engineering practices.
