火山岩气藏堵水技术和堵剂优化研究

摘要 营城组火山岩气藏无统一的气水界面,气水关系复杂。随着天然气的不断采出,井口压力逐渐下降,气井产水量上升速度快,严重影响产气量,提出气井化学堵水工艺。分析气藏工程地质特征,确定筛选堵水气井考虑的因素,结合气井井况,筛选适合营城组火山岩气藏的找水和堵水技术,提出"隔板"堵水方法,研究了适合气藏温度的高温起泡剂、冻胶封堵体系和凝胶封堵体系,研发及筛选耐温达到150℃、抗矿化度35 000 mg/L的堵剂,优化适合营城组气井的筛管完井水平井堵水工艺,筛选气层保护剂及顶替液,优化堵剂注入参数。 Yingcheng formation gas reservoir has a non-uniform and complex gas-water contact. With continues development of the gas field, the well head pressure goes down and the water production increases rapidly, which seriously influences the gas production. Thus, the chemical technique of water plugging was proposed. Moreover, the factors of screening water-plugging gas wells were chosen according to the engineering and geologic characteristics, and the methods for water locating and water plugging for Yingcheng formation volcanic gas reservoir were selected in combination with the conditions of gas wells. The method of water plugging through "plate" was proposed. The laboratory experiments were conducted to screen out the high temperature foaming agent, the gel plugging system for gas reservoirs. The plugging agent with resistance to temperature up to 150 ℃ and mineralization degree up to 35 000 mg/L was developed. The techniques of water plugging for horizontal wells with screen pipe completion in Yingcheng formation were optimized, and the protection agent and the displacement fluid were screened out, and the parameters of injecting plugging agent were optimized.
