柔性连接在海上平台的应用

摘要 管道系统输送流体时由于流体压力脉动、系统机械结构动平衡差或基础设计不当等原因,常会产生振动,影响系统正常运行。某海上平台三期调整项目自投产以来,因为设备布局、井口产液进入新老流程比例不合理以及新项目工段弯头、三通数量多等原因,项目部分管段振动偏大,造成设备连接处断裂、原油泄漏等问题,威胁着油田生产。多种方法实践后采用柔性连接方式,利用复合方式加装柔性连接,严格要求对中,优化现场支架,避免投用后破坏对中效果,加装滑行轨道支撑,保证柔性连接伸缩时不影响柔性连接装置轴向对中效果。柔性连接装置投用后管道系统振动降低至0.2~0.6 mm/s,保障了油田正常生产。 Due to fluid pressure fluctuation,poor dynamic balance of mechanical structure,or improper foundation design,pipeline system often generates vibration,which affects the normal operation of the system.Since the third phase adjustment project of offshore platform was put into production,partial pipeline vibration was larger for the reason of the equipment layout,flow distribution inconsequence and numerous elbow pipes and tees used in the project,resulting in equipment break and oil leakage to threaten oil production.Flexible connection method was used to solve the vibration problem,flexible connections were installed in a composite way,strict centering operation was completed and the bracket was optimized to avoid damaging the centering effect.The sliding track bracket was installed to guarantee that the flexible connection was not affected during expanding and contracting.The vibration of the pipeline system was reduced to 0.2-0.6 mm/s after the flexible connection was put into use,which ensured the normal production of the oilfield.
