摘要
通过两种方法对国内某品牌安心祛痘精华露的祛痘效果进行研究。首先通过微生物抑菌试验,检验其配方内功效剂的实际抑菌情况,从而验证功效剂的祛痘效果;接着通过对安心祛痘精华露进行人体功效评价,再次验证其祛痘效果。以上两种方法均可以明显反映出该化妆品的祛痘功效,说明此款祛痘化妆品的祛痘效果真实有效,同时,说明微生物抑菌试验及人体功效试验可作为评价化妆品祛痘功效的手段,且相互佐证。
The anti-acne effect of one domestic brand acne care cream was studied by two methods. First, the actual bacteriostatic situation of the functional ingredient within formula was tested by microbial bacteriostasis test, so as the anti-acne efficacy of this product could be verified. Then through in vivo human efficacy evaluation on the acne care cream, its effect was verified again. The two methods can obviously reflect the anti-acne efficacy of the product, indicating that the anti-acne effect of the product was true and effective. At the same time, it was showed that the microbial bacteriostasis test and in vivo human efficacy test can be used as means of evaluating the efficacy of the acne care cosmetics, and also, they provided mutual support.
