摘要
目的探究血清EB病毒Rta-IgG抗体检测在鼻咽癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 82例鼻咽癌患者作为研究组,80例健康体检者作为对照组,检测两组研究对象血清中的Rta-IgG抗体水平,观察并比较两组研究对象的Rta-IgG表达水平差异及其与鼻咽癌临床分期(Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期)的关系。结果研究组患者血清Rt-IgG抗体含量为(73.28±8.26)U/ml,显著高于对照组的(1.38±0.82)U/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同临床分期的鼻咽癌患者血清EB病毒Rt-IgG抗体水平,Ⅰ期(43.47±5.46)U/ml<Ⅱ期(64.73±6.26)U/ml<Ⅲ期(83.29±8.43)U/ml<Ⅳ期(96.81±8.65)U/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者血清EB病毒Rta-IgG抗体水平高于健康志愿者,且病情越严重,Rta-IgG抗体水平越高,故可作为诊断鼻咽癌的重要指标。
Objective To research the application value of detection of serum EB virus Rta-IgG antibody in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A total of 82 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected as the research group, and 80 patients with health examination were selected as the control group. The serum level of Rta-IgG antibody in both groups were detected, the difference of Rta-IgG expression level and its relationship with nasopharyngeal carcinoma clinical stage （stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ） between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The serum Rt-IgG antibody content of the research group was （73.28 ±8.26） U/ml, which was significantly higher than （1.38 ± 0.82） U/ml of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The serum EB virus Rt-IgG antibody level in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma of different clinical stages from low to high was stage Ⅰ [ （43.47 ± 5.46）U/ml ] , stage Ⅱ [ （64.73 ± 6.26）U/ml ] , stageⅢ [ （83.29 ± 8.43）U/ml ] and stage Ⅳ [ （96.81 ＋ 8.65）U/ml Ⅰrespectively, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The level of serum EB virus Rta-IgG antibody in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma is higher than that of healthy volunteers, and the more serious the disease, the higher level of Rta-IgG antibody, so it can be used as an important indicator for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
