摘要
针对辽河油区科尔沁油田包14块低渗裂缝性油藏深部调驱的需要,研制出适宜的体膨颗粒/有机铬凝胶复合体系。实验结果表明,体系中交联剂NJ-13和聚合物HPAM的适宜的质量分数分别为0.1%~0.2%和0.2%,体膨颗粒选用HP3。该体膨颗粒/凝胶体系在包14块进行了先导试验和推广应用,可提高低渗裂缝性油藏的注水效果,截至2017年12月在该区块共实施调驱25井组,累计增产原油1.93×104t。
Fourteen blocks of oil field bags in Horqin of Liaohe oil province are typical low permeability fractured reservoir. In early development phases,fracturing measures were undertaken to increase production,resulting in considerable amount of natural and artificial cracks,which quickly turned into the source of oil well flooding after water injection. In order to improve the water injection effect of low permeability fractured reservoir,the adhesive strength and fracture sealing ability of the organic chromium gel system,together with the expansion ratio and particle size of the bulk swelling particle were screened and evaluated indoors. After that,the bulk swelling particle/organic chromium gel composite system was selected for application in the deep profile control and displacement. Results showed that the composite system can effectively improve the water injection effect of low permeability fractured reservoir. Up to December 2017,this bulk swelling particle/organic chromium gel composite system has been applied to twenty-five well group in this block,with 1. 93 × 10^4 tons of accumulative increase in crude oil production.
