摘要
数字是一种符号语言,它标明事物的多少、顺序。尽管数字相同,但在不同的语言文化里,却有着意义相悖的文化内涵。本文拟探讨数字语言在不同语言中的文化积淀,力图在交际中多使用吉祥数字,以确保交际成功。
Number is a language of sign. Usually it indicates how many things there are,but it contains cultural elements. Some numbers have opposite meanings in different cultures though they are same. They can contribute to intercultural communicaton, but it may become a barrier as well. The author is trying to study on cultural source, melt and acumulation of some numbers in different culture in order to use more lucky numbers during intercultural communication and enhance the communicative effect between or among the communicators.
