摘要
探讨火力发电厂锅炉设备中旋流管式空气预热器替代回转式空气预热器的可行性。分析回转式空气预热器存在的问题,归纳国内回转式空气预热器的改造现状,进而探讨旋流管式空气预热器的优势。以某发电厂100 MW机组的410 t/h锅炉为例,基于设计数据,提出改造方案。改造后发现:漏风和堵灰问题从根本上得以解决,抗腐蚀、抗磨损性能有所提高;年节约燃料费、电费共计592万元,2年内可回收投资。
The feasibility of substituting the rotary air preheater into eddy tubular air preheater is discussed for the boiler equipment in the thermal power plant. Analyzed are the existing problems of the rotary air preheater, summed up are the status of the transformation of the domestic rotary air preheater, and discussed are the advantages of the eddy tubular air preheater. By taking a 410 t/h boiler of a 100 MW unit in a power plant as an example, a transformation plan is put forward based on the design data. After such a transformation, the problem of air leakage and dust blocking is fundamentally solved, and the corrosion and abrasion resistance are improved. Annual fuel saving and electricity charges total 5 million 920 thousand RMB, and the capital can be paid off within 2 years.
